Our Lending Fund is a real estate-backed investment fund that underwrites and originates first position loans to professional real estate investors.  We provide capital to seasoned multifamily operators and new construction builders that create low income and work force housing throughout the Unites States. Our goal is to lend to top-tier real estate investors so they can scale their business and have a positive impact on communities where they operate. We create growth on Main Street, not Wall Street! The professionals to which we lend employ the men and women that build our nation and create housing where families can live and grow.

Our lending fund produces attractive returns for our affiliated investors by lending money in the form of short-term bridge debt, mostly for the acquisition and renovation of real estate, to seasoned professionals. These short term bridge loans generally have a term from 6-24 months and are typically senior, secured, first position, non-owner occupied, single-family and multifamily mortgages.

Each and every loan is methodically underwritten and every deal is strategically reviewed by in-house real estate operators to ensure the deal is feasible and viable.  Every borrower is vetted and every deal is reviewed. We don’t lend to unaffiliated borrowers and we don’t lend on real estate that we would not invest in ourselves.
