Mary Ann Orse

Mary Ann has been in the commerical lending space for 30 years and has has become the leading commercial mortgage broker in the Midwest. As CEO of Nationwide Business Capital Group she has secured over 1 Billion in commerical debt for over 2000 clients. She now serves as the Cheif Lending Officer and head underwriter for ACG.

Heather Millward

Heather started in the real estate space as a residential Realtor. Tired of the politics and inconsistant results she focused her sights on Nursing and dedicated herself to the Cardio Vascular Intensive Care Unit. In doing so she realized that her fellow colegues needed of a solution for creating passive income. Many lacked the time or energy to engange in real estate directly, but knew it to be the path to generational wealth. As a real estate investor herself she set out to create a solution for professionals in the medical field to create true passive income secured by real estate, without the headaches of active property management. ACG was born.

Brad Millward

Brad Started his career in the financial services sector consulting for banks during the 2008 financial crises. In 2012 he started Midwest Acquisiton & Management, a self managed real estsate invesment firm located in Dayton Ohio. While growing the portfolio to over 750 units he became familar with lending and crateive finance. He is a trun around expert and deal architect and has aided many investors in stabalizing large assets on a consultative basis. Today he works with operators in the ACG network to ensure they maintain strong comliance of their operational systems, as required by ACG.
